Returns & Refunds
At Vantage Equipment, we want customers to receive suitable products in good working condition. Please review this Returns & Refunds Policy before placing an order.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Non-defective products must be unused, unopened where applicable, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns, including products ordered in error or no longer required, are accepted within the 7-day return window when the product meets the condition requirements above. The customer is responsible for return shipping or transport costs. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is faulty, damaged on delivery, or different from the product ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is confirmed, Vantage Equipment will cover reasonable return or replacement delivery costs and arrange a replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.
How to Return a Product
Contact us before returning an item. Approved returns may be sent by courier or delivered to our Ruiru location as arranged with our team. Customers should provide:
- The order details or proof of purchase
- A description of the reason for the return
- Photographs or other evidence of damage or an incorrect product, where applicable
We may inspect the product before approving a replacement, exchange or refund. Products that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, or missing their original packaging may be declined unless they were supplied faulty or incorrect.
Refunds and Exchanges
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply to customers under applicable Kenyan law.
